Why to write what do not understand? First wrote to change bearings. After that wrote to change AOM driver. Here absolutely different things and all that will not help.

On minilab is magenta noise caused by Green laser head. It is typical fault on older QSS37 models ( except models with G ) .

The quote "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" springs to mind. It is so true...

I actively encourage people to try and repair their equipment by giving them accurate repair advice on here.
I am happy to help people on here who ask for advice.

Giving someone wrong or false information helps no one, it's just a waste of everybody's time.
People need to know the limits of their knowledge.
If they don't fully understand something, it's better for them not to post at all rather than post nonsense.

If do not understand then better do not write about that. He likes to write something what he doesn't understand. Many times saw it. He wrote two advices and both absolutely useless. You can be sure - if to change bearings, change AOM driver still have noise, which is caused by Green laser head.

i replaced the AOM but still same i think the issue its from laser control PCB board for qss37

because not showing any error code of green laser also  becouse when i checked on the system its show no error of any laser and i do synchronization for lasers ,  the green laser is  slow synchrous not as fast as other lasers

i do not know which i have to change first green laser or laser control board PCB !!!

Sometimes even there’s no error doesn’t mean that the green laser is good. From your sample print I can see magenta noise. All the experts from this forums said green laser module needs to replace. No wasting time just replace it.
