Minilab service
Taip, būna foto salėje. Pats mačiau. I understood only two words - foto ( photography ) and salė ( hall ) so answered as good as I could. If you want to get better answer - write question in English. Then can understand your question and give you an answer. Edited November 6 by Minilab service
Eduardo C T
The photo has a blue spot around it as seen in the sample I sent. What would cause that?
Minilab service
I think spots are Cyan ( not Blue ) . What is minilab model? I had similar fault on QSS30 and QSS33. It was caused by upper rack, which is between CD and BF. Upper rack slightly destroyed upper paper layer and processed paper had Cyan spots. Minilab service
Yes, on this picture see better. Go into service mode. Then run self diagnostic. Look what you see there. Try to print the same image twice. Second image rotate 180 degrees. Compare pictures. Edited November 6 by Minilab service
Eduardo C T
hello good morning Well, the test was done and the two images were printed, 1 image was inverted at 180 degrees and it didn't come out straight, but some cyan spots did appear. Minilab service
Did you run self diagnostic? What are testing results? Is your minilab standard ( with image processing section ) or SD ( without it ) ?
