Problem with Norisu 3202 Black line

Recommended Posts

This black line is a result of a short stop of the exposure process when the paper does not move and laser beams hit one place for a certain time so you have a black line.
I recommend you check the condition of all gears and belts of a paper exposure section for a broken part or some sort of paper debris that may stop paper movement.
And by the way:
Try to blur the eyes of the humans in the photo! What about their privacy?

Either the drive belts are slipping on the exposure advance unit, or the the pressure for the inlet/ outlet roller is insufficient.
Try cleaning the drive belts with isopropanol alcohol.

Check the pressure guide is fitted properly and locked in on both sides.
