My SP500 is loosing power on boot up. Sometimes it's fine all day, sometimes it cannot keep staying ON.

I took it to a local electronic repair show and some capacitors were changed in the power supply section, worked fine after that, next day the issue came back. Has anyone ever seen this kind of problem?

Capacitors on these power suppliers has very high quality. Very rare need change them.

First need to find what doesn't work and only after that change these parts. This power supply is quite complicated, so not so easy to repair them.

You need other power supply unit, or repair your power supply again. After repair need to load full power and test without minilab.

Fuji LP5000 ( LP5000R ) power supply - Fuji part number 125Y100003 ( 125Y100003A ) . It is Densei Lambda , Alpha II - 650 . Configuration number MV6500098A (MV6500219) .

Sorry, but on previous post wrote about printer power supply. Just now saw, that you asked about scanner power supply.

SP500 power supply has many outputs. Which of them loosing power? Power supply connected to various boards ( CTL, PZR, CCD, DLE, ADC ) . Which of them do not work properly?

SP500 power supply - Fuji part number 125Y100001A .
