It could be bad chemistry

A bad calibration plate or colorimeter

A weak green AOM driver

Can you show a screenshot of the colorimeter readings when you do a daily setup, so I can see what the colorimeter is reading.

The readings for last steps are way off. The values should not be higher than 2.55. 4.00 is a false reading value.

Try gently cleaning your calibration plate with liquid soap and water.

If the values for the last steps do not go lower, replace the calibration plate with a new one.
