Hello everybody,

My Durst Theta 51 starts up normally without any error messages.
However, when I print a calibration chart, the values for Actual Exposure, Att, and NE Comp.—especially for green and blue—increase significantly, making it impossible to print.

After the error occurs, the values return to normal again, as if the machine were ready to print.

On the workstation, I usually get two errors:

  1. One indicating max power.

  2. Another reporting an exposure error.

I have already checked the internal cables and connections, but unfortunately without success.

Could you please advise on what could be causing this problem, or suggest next steps for troubleshooting?

Thank you in advance.
