photolabdude Posted October 2, 2025 Report Posted October 2, 2025 Hi. So the other day, we had a paper jam so bad that the metallic belt (A069452-01) which drives the exposure advance uint on our 3111, broke. I am trying to source another one, or the whole exposure drive unit Z019812-01 otherwise my machine works fine. We tried patching the belt but it breaks under pressure. The appropriate glue is not flexible so it causes banding, the rubber cement works but it doesn't hold strong enough. This is not a rubber or nylon belt, it is steel and with tiny tiny little serrated teeth in it. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks for any help. It would be a shame to scrap a great working unit for a part that probably costs $2 to make.
Minilab service Posted October 3, 2025 Report Posted October 3, 2025 Usually on belt is maker and model. Do you see them? Do not know where are you from. In Europe A069452-01 can order from Veritek and Pm2S . You can buy new Z019812-01, but it is very expensive ( 5 000 USD ) .

Noritsu made a big fuss about this belt as it was manufactured from one piece of metal, there were no joins in it. Noritsu made the belt themselves I believe.
