Paper remains in the printer section

I'm using Noritsu QSS 3301 and I have this error, "Paper jam remains in the printer section" (error code : 6021-0006)... I have checked everywhere in the printer section but the is no jammed paper.... What should I do to resolve this issue?

6021-0006 means exposure end sensor doesn't work. Try to clean it. Calibrate sensors on maintenance menu.
Test sensor on input check menu. Status should change when sensor is opened and closed. 
Test sensor using multimeter. Sensor output when sensor is dark and light should change level ( 5V and 0V ) .
