Konica CL-KP46TJ-A password required

Hi. Recently bought Konica CL-KP46TJ-A minilab and now I have some troubles making it working. To make it work with liquid chemicals instead of the Tetenal kits I need to change the replenishment volumes. At the settings menu some options require the password and none of the combinations I've found on internet works. Maybe it needs hard reset or all the passwords I've entered are wrong. Maybe someone can help me here

Did you try to enter date numbers? On film processor should be correct date and time settings.

To convert ecojet model into model with standard replenishment need change film processor software.

Which date numbers exactly? Set the current date and time and try after that all the combinations like 1111 etc or to do it in some other way?

I've read here about software changes needed to convert the minilab but I don't know how to make them. Why are they required? Can this be made without any software changes? Which version of software do I need and where can I get it?

On film processor should be correct month and day. Can set them on 7 menu. Then can try enter them as password. For example on 11 th of October can try password 1011 ( or 1110 ) .

Ecojet model has KP46J system software. Model without ecojet unit has liquid replenishment. There loaded KP46EQA system software. The latest KP46EQA system software is version 1.10E . This version supports CNK-4-52 LR . Also need to add level sensors, or jumpers.

I have this film processor manuals, diagrams and software.

Ecojet process chemicals  CNK-4-J2 ( tablets ) .
Standard replenishment chemicals are CNK-4-52 and CNK-4-52 LR ( liquid chemicals ) .

I already have manuals for CL-KP46TJ-A. Is it possible to convert the minilab without level sensors etc? I've heard from one guy about changing the water supply to chemistry with changing replenishment volumes for each chemical

Yes, you can make replenishment from tanks, but software will ask cartridges with tablets. Need solve it.
New software doesn't need cartridges and ecojet unit.
Level sensors are not necessary. Instead of them can add jumpers. Of cource if you add sensors then software see that you need to add chemicals. Without sensors you time after time look at replenishment tanks and fill them.

Thanks. Can this minilab detect how many tablets are left in the cartridge? Do you have service manual for it? I have User Manual, Maintenance Manual and Parts List.

Here is not a minilab. Here is film processor.

Film processor can see when cartridge is empty and tablets are not supplied. Then you see error and need to replace cartridge.

I have repair manual, diagram and software for film processor with standard replenishment. Both film processors are the same. Difference only replenishment section ( one from cartridges and other from replenishment tanks ) .
