Dave S Posted October 16, 2025 Report Posted October 16, 2025 Try doing the paper sensor Adjustment in Maintenance, Printer Mechanical Adjustment, menu.
amrit Posted October 16, 2025 Author Report Posted October 16, 2025 Printer Sensor Adjustment Done with only both Paper end sensor B and paper Loading Sensor Result - 0. I also placed 10 on both but still same issue of paper supply Jam . I cleaned sensor SE7 and Se4 but still having same issue.
amrit Posted October 16, 2025 Author Report Posted October 16, 2025 Is there a way to disable SE4 Sensor ?

In most cases the reason the value goes to 0 is due to bad connections going to the sensor PCB's. Unplug and re-plug both the sensor and the LED side, then try doing the sensor adjustment again.
alexvigor Posted October 18, 2025 Report Posted October 18, 2025 Sometimes they make plastic ties that hold wiring too tight. With time excessive pressure may damage the wires. I would replace the ties and look at the problematic sensors output in the output check menu while replacing. If you see sensors go alive you should fix the wiring (although ties replacement can help on its own)
