I am writing to report a persistent issue with the Fujifilm 'order-it portable' software, Version 8.4.0, running on one of our kiosks.

The specific problem involves a component named 'activate-it'. Upon launching the software, or possibly during operation (as the error states, "activate-it has encountered a problem and needs to close"), the program crashes. A Microsoft Error Reporting dialog box appears, stating: "activate-it has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The crash occurs repeatedly, preventing the proper use of the ordering system.

Do you have backups? Backup versions? Image disk or partitions? If you have any of these, try restoring the system based on that.
