Replace head elements on DL650 Issue initializing

Quick question.  I replaced elements 1 and 6. I now have no ink in print head elements 1 and 6 on the print head nozzle check.  When I take off the covers and watch the power clean, I see ink running in the tubing to the maintenance kit.  Is there a way to purge the line of air or force ink into the element?  I tried a variety of powerful cleans and also printed a couple of hundred copies.  I would be thankful for any insights, help, or suggestions.

When preasure is enough then ink should go into print head elements. Might be pump is weak. Ink supply is simple. Pump inside cartridges should make preasure. Ink through ink cartridge holder, pipes and dampers should go into print head.

If preasure is weak and ink doesn't go into head then you can fill print head elements from the top using syringe. From head remove damper ( plastic part with pipes ) and fill all holes till the top. From there ink will reach head elements. After that even if preasure not enough print head can to print.
