Goss Photo Posted October 31, 2025 Report Posted October 31, 2025 (edited) So long story short. I ran a frontier 370 for the past 10 years on MS01 and a FMPC... The printer went down and a I go a 350 in amazing shape so I figured it was time to put it in after the 3rd PAC board failure on the 370. I had the GHOST disc for the FMPC from PTS and unfortunately, it didn't work. now I'm dead in the water without an operating FMPC. Does anyone know where I can get the FMPC software and which version I would need? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Edited October 31, 2025 by Goss Photo Spelling
Minilab service Posted October 31, 2025 Report Posted October 31, 2025 The most on PAC20 board fails SSR. Can change them. If it happends very ofteen then can be heater leakage to ground, or part of heater has short circuit. The same PAC20 board is on both printers ( LP1500SC and LP2000SC ) . On Fuji 350 and 370 are different printers ( LP1500SC and LP2000SC ) and different scanners ( SP1500 and SP2000 ) . On specification selection menu should be selected correct printer. To support FMPC on printer should be ROM version 2.0. Go to ROM mode to see what you have on LP1500. The same ROM is for both printer models. To FMPC you connected other printers. Might be Windows lost printer driver and need reinstall it. On your FMPC are LP2000SC settings. They might be incxorrect for your other printer. I think the most easy would be reinstall FMPC. Need install Windows and prepare computer for Fuji software instillation. Then install printer driver and make settings. After that install MS01 printer. During instillation load your LP1500SC backup. Windows can be XP, or W7 32bit. All depends which MS01 version you have. All information can find on MS01 manuals and FMPC instillation manual.
Goss Photo Posted November 1, 2025 Author Report Posted November 1, 2025 I was trying to reinstall but the disc I have seems to be corrupted or faulty, so now I'm trying to source a new one. Not sure what vendors are reliable though
