Noritsu QSS 3202 won't wake up from timer mode

Hey
So my boss told me he powered the lab off last time with the timer on for some odd reason, we don't use the timer at all and i don't know why he did it
But now the machine won't come on, you flip on mains, push the power button on the computer and it just will not do anything
Pressing and holding the green button on print sorter also does nothing

I have not looked at it in person yet, maybe we got so unlucky that we got some power issues and we just think it's the timer

Check two +24V power supplies under the dryer.
