UMFS Posted November 4, 2025 Report Posted November 4, 2025 I have a Noritsu QS32. Print sizes 4x6 and smaller (4x8 included) All stick together. I have changed roller, gears, bushings, springs clips ect. I have tricked the printer and ran it open to see where they stick They dont start sticking until the dryer it seems. The prints are clean and dont appear to have chemicals on them when they come out overlapped just still wet. Any help would be appreciated. Its coming to our busy season and would be grateful if my printer ran efficiently Thank you
Dave S Posted November 4, 2025 Report Posted November 4, 2025 (edited) Probably some of the foam rollers in the dryer rack have deterated, if you have determined the overlapping is not happening in the wet section. Edited November 4, 2025 by Dave S
Balázsovics Posted November 7, 2025 Report Posted November 7, 2025 You have gunk on the dryer entrance, the metal part that guides the prints down into the dryer, it has stabilizer build up, you can clean it off using windex
