Query - Fuji FP 562 - What can cause CPT boards on Fuji FP 562 Processors to need replacing?

Hi there! 

More a query than anything, but what can cause the CPT board to need replacing? 

I've seen a few in my company come up recently where they will throw heater abnormal, and after cleaning the temp probes and checking, all connectors, wiring etc, replacing the CPT board fixes the issue. 

With this a constant in the FP 562s that we have, is there an underlying issue with the boards or could something else be causing them to go faulty?
