Hello. I'm getting this error. 135 film is sharp, but only 120 film produces noise. Why is this happening?

You had to write your scanner model. I think it is SP3000.

When scanned 120 films you need insert other difusion box. It is under film carrier. Remove 135 difusion box and insert difusion box, which is for 120 .

It's SP3000. Even after replacing it with a 120 box, the same symptom persists.

Go to input check. Look which diffusion box,  film carrier and mask you see there.
