Leading edge needs to be bigger

Around this time of year, we get a lot of paper jams with the leading edge because it's a small piece. The cold really affects this piece from going through. Is there any way to make the leading edge bigger, so I can get it through the machine?

Sorry noritsu 3800. It gets stuck 2 places - right where it comes out of the magazine and the other place is the exposure unit on top.

Try cleaning the rubber rollers inside the paper magazine(s).
