QSS3202 : Photo output sensor issue with paper jam error message

Recommended Posts

Hello NURTSU family,

I am experiencing an issue with my QSS3202.
Printing works correctly and the photos come out, but at the exit I get an error message saying that the paper or photo is jammed (jumper paper) in the area where the chemicals are located.

The conveyor belt runs normally, except for the last photo which remains stuck on it.

Could you please advise me:
- Which sensors might be damaged in this case, and their references so I can find them on the local market?
- How can I test a faulty sensor before replacing it?

Thank you in advance for your advice and support

Bonjour la famille NURTSU ;

I think there's a paper sensor at the machine's output, before the conveyor belt...

It can print 20 photos without this message, and then the message appears. Printing continues, but I have to clear the error message each time until the print job is finished.

Check foam rollers and steel inlet guide (clean it) of dryer rack. If the foam rollers crumbled - the prints will slow down, overlap. This might cause paper jam errors, although the prints go out ok.

If the prints are coming out normally without any overlapping, the issue is likely to be caused by slow ARCNET communication.

To check this, quit the QSS software, remove the QSS icon from the start up folder.
Go to the C drive, Noritsukoki, Self Check, run the self check.exe file, select your model number, and start the test.

To test the sensors got to Maintenance, Input check, Processor. They should show light, with no paper, and dark when the paper is blocking them.
