Do you think it could be I038160-00 or some power supply that is generating error 6141?

The paper jam only occurs with sizes 6x, 6x8.5, and 6x9; it works fine with all other sizes, only with those sizes does the paper jam.

Like I said on the previous post, the most likely cause is the cables for the right arm are damaged internally.

Como dije en la publicación anterior, la causa más probable es que los cables del brazo derecho están dañados internamente.

 

It was already tested with another unit from another minilab that is working fine and it shows the same error

Are you 100% certain that second unit is good?
Try both units on another minilab to confirm if they work 100% properly or not.
