Noritsu QSS 2901 communication error. Processing PCB.printer

I'm getting error codes 6108-0001 and 6053-0001, please help.

6108-0001 means communication error - image processing pcb - printer. A communication between the image processing pcb and printer is not carried out even though a specified time has passed when image cut is carried out.
This error can cause image processing pcb, printer control pcb, or multi power supply.

 6053-0001 means exposure advance unit hold error - even after a specified time has passed since the exposure advance unit fix motor was turned ON,
exposure advance unit fix sensor 2 does not turn DARK.
This error can cause exposure advance unit fix sensor 2, printer control pcb, or multi power supply.

Check voltages on multi power supply and with multimeter test exposure advance unit fix sensor 2 ( SE30 ) . Check SE30 output voltage when sensor is opened and when closed. if you see changes - look if you see status changes on input check menu.

If will need I have printer control pcb, multi power supply and image processing pcb ( new type ) .

Now I'm getting error 6820-0004

6820-0004 means image processing PCB operation error - the data cannot be written to the input memory PCB . Can be faulty image processing board memory, image processing pcb, or image correction pcb. 

6820-0004 usually cause faulty image correction pcb. Test them on other minilab. Run software update from HD ( for image correction ) , when you put into other minilab and when returned to your minilab.
6820-0004 also can cause faulty RAM, or even image processing pcb. There are two QSS29 image processing pcb models. One with removable RAM modules and other - where RAM mounted on board. Old type and new type boards are exchangeable. RAM modules are not standard. Can't use computer RAM there.

Check power supply voltages on image processing secion. If they are too low, or too high then boards can work unstable.

When you talk about memory, are you referring to the computer? I'm lost.

No. I'm talking about memory on image processing board.
Old type image procesing board has slots, where inserted memory modules. Slots P203 and P210 - memory pcb ( J390504 ) and slot P204 - composite memory ( J390548 ) . There special modules - do not try insert computer modules there. Old type image procesing board - J390576 .
On new type image processing board memory chips mounted on the board. They are not removable. New type image procesing board - J390632 .

6820-0004 usually cause faulty image correction pcb. QSS2901 has 2 of them.
If image correction boards are working then might be here problem with image procesing RAM .

Okay, I understand. The 2901 does the job of printing paper proofs, but when I go to process a digital image, the error 6820-ooo4 appear

Help me locate the J390632 part number for the Noritsu 2901

Here is image processing pcb. It can be J390632 ( new type ) , or J390576 ( old type board with RAM modules ) . 

Image processing section is on left hand side. There is image processing pcb. Under this board are image correction boards ( 2 pcs ) and digital ice pcb.
Check power suppliers. Also try to swap image correction boards. Try upgrade system software. Test boards on other minilab.

If you will need I have image processing pcb and image correction boards.

I think it's the memory from the J390576, it's an old module for the Noritsu 2901. Do you have a phone number I can contact you on Tuesday?

J390632 is QSS2901 new type image processing pcb. This board doesn't have RAM modules.
J390576 is QSS2901 old type image processing pcb. On this board should be inserted three Noritsu RAM modules - two J390504 ( Memory PCB , slots J/P203 and J/P210 ) , one J390548 ( composite memory , slot J/P204 ) .
Do not need modify anything. Just disconnect J390576 and connect there J390632 .

Which erors do you have? 
6820-0004 usually cause faulty image correction pcb ( not image processing pcb )
6901-0010 means no ARCNET communication between computer and AFC/scanner control pcb

6901-0010 means no ARCNET communication between computer and Image processing PCB . Might be ARCNET connection is bad, missing image processing power supply, or image processing pcb doesn't work.
About 6820-0004 can read above. Everything written here.

I replaced the J390632 and it only gives me error 6820-0004. I clear the error and after 5 minutes it processes blank paper. Can you help me?

I can help, but why should do it? You have ask to help your J390632 seller.

As written many times in most cases error 6820-0004 cause faulty image correction pcb.

I have two Noritsu 2901s, the one I want to fix had the j390576 and I changed it to j390632 and it gave error 6820-0004
