Goss Photo Posted November 21, 2025 Report Posted November 21, 2025 Just got my frontier 350 set up to replace the 370 I had.... When I print or do a paper feed, the width guide goes down to 89mm instead of the 102mm that's indicated on the computer, so the paper stops and jams right before the laser section. Any idea on how to set/reset the guide default or could it be a mechanical issue with the guide itself. When in the printer I/O checks the guid function properly* Thank you, Sean
Minilab service Posted November 21, 2025 Report Posted November 21, 2025 When you run motor from I/O check menu look carefully. Might be sometimes motor rotates different direction. It is typcal problem on LP1500SC ( 350/355 printer ) and LP2000SC ( 370/375 printer ) . To see this fault need to run motor few times.
Goss Photo Posted November 23, 2025 Author Report Posted November 23, 2025 Awesome, thank you. I will check that out!
Goss Photo Posted November 23, 2025 Author Report Posted November 23, 2025 So there motor seems to function properly. The width guid just automatically goes down to 89mm no matter what kind of paper or size is in there. I did the mag registration and it lists the paper size right. I'm trying to figure out if it's a software or a hardware issue currently.
