I’m using a Fujifilm Frontier 500 (DIC2 Ver. 3.0-0E-510) and I would like to understand how the system calculates and stores the Q’ty values shown in:

Post-operational Check → Printing Result Display

My questions are:

  1. What does the Q’ty count come from for each size (e.g., 4R, 6R, 89C, etc.)?

  2. Where is this print count recorded inside the Frontier system?

  3. Is the counter stored inside the Printer Engine or inside the DIC2 system?

  4. If the machine is restarted, serviced, or the PC is changed, does the Q’ty value remain?

I want to clearly understand how this counter works because it is important for monitoring print activity in my shop.

Thank you in advance for any guidance!
