IgorI Posted November 30, 2025 Report Posted November 30, 2025 Have a nice day everyone! I'm asking for help. I have a Fuji Frontier 570. Everything was fine. Then I got error E2824. To fix the error, it was recommended to replace fuse F112 on the СTL23 board. We replaced the fuse. After replacing it, the Fuji stopped starting completely. I'm not a technical engineer. I'm asking for advice on where to look and what could be causing the stoppage. I'm in Ukraine and can't find a service technician. I would be grateful for any help or advice.
IgorI Posted November 30, 2025 Author Report Posted November 30, 2025 Forgot to add: Fuji turns on, but doesn't start.
Minilab service Posted December 1, 2025 Report Posted December 1, 2025 E2824 means blown fuse for D+5Va is detected. Blown fuse F112 on the CTL23. This fuse can burn JND23 board, or sensors. Look if you have 5V on CTL23 input - connector CTL6 , pins 2, 4 and 5 . What do you mean "turns on, but doesn't start" ? What is POWER 1 and 2 status and color? What you see on LCD? How many dots, if you see them? Look smd LED status on PWR23 board corner ( beside connector SLOT5 ) . Which of them are light and which of them are light?
