SP-3000 Scanning Slow

Hello,

We are seeing slow scanning/processing speed on our SP-3000 and we believe it is to do with the memory.

The first five frames are scanned very fast (~4 sec/frame) the image memory monitor is only half full and then at the sixth frame the image memory is full (monitor is full red) and then each frame takes subsequently more time to scan/process. Please have a look at the manual for which we are referencing here.

Is there a way to increase the memory so it is able to sustain the faster scan speed for all frames?
