Minilab service Posted December 15, 2025 Report Posted December 15, 2025 Capacitors used on dc motors. Here is 24V a.c stepper motor, so do not need capacitor. Motor is connected to driver. This board controlls it. On Fujifilm FP363C AL drive motor ( M1 ) is Kokusan 3K7C42 ( part number 118G03705 ) . Motor driver is PWP20 ( part number 113G03221 ) . Here is three phase 24 V stepper motor. If motor doesn't start rotate and rotates when you help by hand then faulty driver board. Of cource can be faulty motor itself, or PAC33 where this motor is connected, but possibility is lower. I think your old PWP20 doesn't work at all and on replaced PWP20 doesn't work one phase. Find what exactly was faulty, before you changed all three parts. Check motor driver power supply. You can measure between ground and fuse on PWP20 . Connect your old motor. Look if it starts when you help by hand. If have power supply and both motors work the same then you need other driver, or repair it. On Konica minilabs used Kokusan motor also. It has integrated motor driver. Many times had to repair these motors and problems were on driver.
