vegas173 Posted December 4, 2025 Report Posted December 4, 2025 Hi everyone. Now i have a 6822-0003 error. And my noritsu 3101 dont print photo. But some time this error disappears and its start printing. I did data tranfer test and sometimes it ok, some tome i get "no good" everywhere (main, image processing pcb, laser control pcb). What do I need to check to solve this?
Minilab service Posted December 4, 2025 Report Posted December 4, 2025 6822-0003 means image processing pcb Image data operation error = does not finish within a specified time when outputting the images from the image displaying memory to the expansion memory via image correction pcb. Can be that unstable image processing pcb ( memory, or board itself ) or image correction pcb. Check power suppliers on image processing section boards. Go to software version check menu. Look if ARCNET communication is good and stable ( should be OK ) . Check memory modules connections, try reinsert them. Test image processing pcb. Board can test on QSS31 and QSS29.
vegas173 Posted December 4, 2025 Author Report Posted December 4, 2025 Is there a program for testing arcnet for noritsu 3101 similar to the one for the 32 series?
Minilab service Posted December 4, 2025 Report Posted December 4, 2025 When minilab has ARCNET test software then it is installed with system software. ARCNET test software should be C:\Noritsukoki\SelfCheck . ARCNET test software have QSS-31##-2 series minilabs. QSS-31## series minilabs ( QSS3101 and similar ) do not have it. On QSS3101 go to software version check menu. Look if communication is good and stable there ( should be OK ) . Your error is about incorrect image transfer inside image processing section. Need to search what is wrong there.
vegas173 Posted December 4, 2025 Author Report Posted December 4, 2025 I replaced the 390611 board and the connection is restored. Thanks for the explanation about selfcheck.
Minilab service Posted December 4, 2025 Report Posted December 4, 2025 All correct. J390611 is image correction pcb. When board is faulty you have 6822-0003 error.
