Frontier 350 Remove Scanner and work only with ID Help what equipment do I need

We were sold a Frontier 355 LP1500SC printer, but the film scanner no longer works and the installed 
CPU is broken. I'd like to know if I can print directly from the printer without going through the scanner. 
If so, what hardware do I need? The company that sold us the printer only provided software for printing from 
the printer. I'm from Chiapas, Mexico, and I haven't been able to contact anyone. I would greatly appreciate your help.

To print without scanner need to build FMPC with firewire card ( Ratoc FW3 ) and connect printer there. On FMPC can be installed D20 , S9, or MS01 printer. On server should be C4/C5 , S2, or MS01 server.

If need I have firewire card, software and can help to install everything.
