1. Check the quality of the connection of the sensors.
2. Check the sensors in the "Input check".
2. Check ARCNET communication

This is likely the wiring problems. Check the wires coming from sensors in Processor loading unit. Might be the place where jumpers are located. Go to input check and move the wires slightly to see if sensors switch dark/light.

Or the paper sensor2 right is bad.(Clean the sensor light path and do sensor light sensivity adjustment first of all)

Thanks everyone for taking your time. So the whole story is that we had two identical machines one with almost new laser unit. So we took the laser from the machine that we had as backup and put it in our machine we use daily at the same time we changed the arms can’t the name of every parts sorry. Today I made magazine registration and the machine run perfectly but after a while there was some strange behavior paper jam and pictures coming out blue and almost looking light damaged. I don’t know how to get the machine running as it should again

Have you followed service manual for adjustments after replacing laser unit & paper advance unit?

First of all write all in details - which parts you replaced.

Judging from provided info only I'd start with reattaching all plugs, jumpers (aoms, laser drivers, laser control box) you touched and running arcnet test and see if its ok.

Check that paper advance unit and paper loading unit sits exactly on it's place. Check arms stop sensors sit firmly in their places.

Clean sensors in paper loading unit, paper advance unit and perform sensor led light sensivity adjustment. Check sensors in input check.

Then you should do paper advance unit correction.

Try to print. If color is Ok then you should do adjustments after laser unit replacement.

Carry out the Self diagnostic.

Enter the service mode, go to Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Self-diagnostic

Ok! So i know why the pictures was blue, my colluge printed on a magazine i had not registrated :P so i we can print normal pictures and up to 30x40 and everything seems working ok after a did a software update. Everything looks good on the Self diagonostic.

The problem we have now if we print 10x20 pictures the Paper Advance Unit arms seems not to know how to sort the pictures. We get paper has jam.
