arturo huevo duro Posted December 9, 2025 Report Posted December 9, 2025 I already replaced the elevator unit for the second time, everything worked fine for a month and now it's showing the same error again that I had with the other elevator unit. Do you think it could be a circuit board or a power supply? I've already replaced the elevator unit for the second time and I'm getting the same error again that I had with the first elevator unit.
Dave S Posted December 9, 2025 Report Posted December 9, 2025 That error is not related to the elevator unit. It is the unit before the elevator unit. Check the focal plane guide has been fitted properly. Try completely removing the guide, and see if the error disappears. If it does, go in to the menu and choose the Cleaning of the focal plane guide, follow the instructions, then put the guide back.

Which guide are we talking about, the one that uploads and downloads photos?

Dave S Posted September 8 Report Posted September 8 (edited) The usual reason for cleaning is a white line on the prints caused by dust on the focal plane guide. Just blow it with air normally, or wipe with a microfibre cloth. In your case, it's likely the guide is just not fitted in position properly causing the roller to touch the guide and give you the 6137 error. How to do it? I've already explained this in the previous posts. F, Menu, Cleaning the Focal Plane Regulating Guide. Edited September 8 by Dave S arturo huevo duro 1
