fabian Posted December 14, 2025 Report Posted December 14, 2025 (edited) A line of fogging appears consistently in the image area, approximately \text{1 cm} from the initial registration edge (Y-axis). Exclusivity: The defect appears only on \text{152.0 mm} glossy paper. The fogging does NOT reproduce on the paper setup nor in the test pattern. It does not appear on any other paper. I changed the magazine to \text{15.2} matte, it continues to appear on the glossy Edited December 14, 2025 by fabian
Balázsovics Posted December 15, 2025 Report Posted December 15, 2025 That roll of 152 F is F-ed Must be a production error, i assume on the test pattern that edge part is left blank, so no light hits it when exposed, so that error acts like a pre-flash Silver needs some light just to "wake up" that error is in the starting stages of building up density, when the paper gets no more light you can't see it, when the lasers hit it the silver reaches the state of recording and image so the stain comes up That roll is messed up, i suggest setting that one roll up to a smaller size so the issue is left out of the print, if you want to use this roll, if not report the emulsion number to the manufacturer or reseller and just get a new roll
fabian Posted December 22, 2025 Author Report Posted December 22, 2025 Ahi mire y me pasa en todos los papeles pasa que en otras medidas no se nota. ES un velo puse una tela negra grande y sigue saliendo. Puede ser laser?
OneHourLater Posted December 24, 2025 Report Posted December 24, 2025 What is the output size of the print? Can you post an image of a grey test print? Menu 453 - borderless contact length 203, output level 205,205,205?
