Noritsu Scanners: Left/Right Frame Adjustment Not Working

When scanning with a Noritsu the buttons that adjust the framing of the scan has no effect on the final exported file. If a frame is aligned incorrectly by the scanner those buttons do absolutely nothing. The only fix is to use 'Forced Stop Position Check' in case of a problematic roll.

Is there a setting in EZController that we happen to have turned off that's causing this? It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue as we have two HS-1800s and an LS-1100 and it's the same problem for all of them.
