MS01 4.2 not printing with edits

Hello!

I have a weird issue I wonder if any of you have encountered.  When I make an edit in MS-01 it's not always printing with the edits.  This has always happened for us when we print sheets of wallets and we have a work around for it but all of the sudden it it happening on other sizes.  I can't ever tell before it prints whether its going to print from the edited version or the submitted one from the customer.  I'm kind of at a loss of how to troubleshoot this.  Any insight?
