cgdsdmrblk Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 Hello. My Fuji FP232B is giving E304 and E305 errors. I checked the error codes in the manual, so I know what they mean. I wanted to test the machine with some unimportant films while the chemicals were in the machine. I placed a 35mm film on a leader card and fed it into the machine. It first gave an E304 error because I had loaded the film on the right side. To see if the same problem existed on the left side, I then loaded a 35mm film on the left side and sent it through, and this time I got an E305 error. I think there may be an issue with the sharpness of the cutters. How can I solve this problem?
cgdsdmrblk Posted January 13 Author Report Posted January 13 i checked the cutter operation through the input and output settings, but unfortunately they do not activate when i try.
Minilab service Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 When you test cutters then need to close loading cover, or block cover sensor. Film processor should see that cover is closed. From output check menu test others solenoids ( auto lock solenoid, roller preasure solenoids ) . Check fuse CP18 ( 6A fuse on PWA32 board ) . It is in the 100 V circuit. Check connectors CN27 and CN29 . Look at FP232B circuit diagram. Then you can see what is missing. cgdsdmrblk 1
cgdsdmrblk Posted January 14 Author Report Posted January 14 In the output checks, it says that I should hear a sound lasting about 0.3 seconds when the cutters are activated, but I did not hear any sound when I pressed the 1 and 2 buttons. Apart from that, the press rollers and the auto lock work actively when I test them.
cgdsdmrblk Posted January 14 Author Report Posted January 14 (edited) I transferred the exposed film into an empty 35mm film cartridge. After developing the film, I noticed that there are scratches on it. I think there is a scratch along the entire length of the film. Which part could be causing these scratches? Minilab service Posted January 14 Report Posted January 14 Only you can find where film was scratched. It can be in loading sectinion, processor and dryer. Look step by step and you see where film was scratched.
