arturo huevo duro Posted January 15 Report Posted January 15 Note that I have J390929-01 on the blue channel and J390929-01 on the green channel. I think the driver for the green color is incorrect. From what little I've read, the driver for the green color should be J391231. Or how do I know which is the correct driver for each laser?

Creo que el controlador del color verde es incorrecto. Por lo poco que he leído, el driver para el color verde debería ser J391231. ¿O cómo sé cuál es el controlador correcto para cada láser? Or if J390929-01 and J390929-01 are connected as they should be to the controller drivers, since they have 2 connections on the laser module
yustas Posted January 15 Report Posted January 15 Please read here https://minilablaser.com/information/qss-laser-identity/ where I have described all laser drivers and types of Noritsu lasers.
Minilab service Posted January 15 Report Posted January 15 J390929 old part number. J391231 is new part number. You can use any of them. Usually with B1 type laser unit were two J390929 boards. Instead of them can use newer model ( J391231 ) . When laser unit is Ff type then green driver J391231 and blue J391160 . On green channel can use older model ( J390929 ) . Blue can be only J391160 . Can't use older model there. I think your Blue laser head is faulty. Laser driver board can have slightly different afjustments. That is the reason why with one board have noise and with other not. After some time with other board you might have noise again. Solution only one - repair B laser head, or replace it. arturo huevo duro 1
