V30 not pulling film through heater box

Has anyone had issues with the film not being pulled through heater box after the leader card exits? I swapped my heater box out to replace the rollers. This box has new rollers but the film isn’t being pulled through. So it even got stuck in crossover rollers and got jammed going backwards

What do you mean when say "going backwards" ? 

Probably you are talking about dryer ( not heater box ) . Remove heater cover and start film processor. Make sure, that rollers rotate. 

If rollers rotate and direction is correct then remove dryer. Into dryer insert leader card and rotate by hand. Look how leader card goes through dryer. 

Check crossover, which is between processor and heater.

Yes the dryer box. All rollers are moving correctly, 

once the leader card exits the dryer box it struggles to get the film out. It keeps stopping unless I physically help it along. 
since the film is coming out so slow and inconsistent it can get stuck in the roller on crossover 8. Starts pulling it in other direction. 
im not sure why this dryer box struggles to get the film to consistently pull through.

The cause of the problem is the rollers (highlighted in the below drawing) are not gripping the film enough to pull it out of the dryer.
