Sp3000 admin password

Hello

can someone help with the default password for the frontier software on the networked pc side (not scanner) ?

we have 7777 for the scanner side but can’t get into the menu settings we need on pc side 

Or…. what we are actually trying to do is change our “free export” option from bmp/bitmap (currently the only “free export” option available to us) to jpeg or tiff  is it possible and where can we do it pls ?

Do you on server have FDIA software ( C4/C5 ) ? On this software Admin password is DI . There are three Admin menus there and depends what you selected at the top.
