Cloning old PC (EZ Controller/Windows 7) onto a more modern PC

I currently have a HS-1800 and its running on windows 7 on a Dell PC with only 70GB of storage, I was wondering if its easy to close the PC onto a new PC thats USB-C and has a much larger Solid State Drive

Noritsu software which is for Windows 7 too old to work on new Windows. On new computer install software, load backup and you have the same settings on new computer. Also can install optional modules ( Digital masking, Red eye, Tone curve correction and many others ) .

On W10 should be Ez controller 6.60, or later. HS1800 system software should be version 7.00, or later
On W11 should be  Ez controller 8.00, or later. HS1800 system software should be version 7.10.
The latest Ez controller 8.31 and HS1800 system software 7.10 .

On scanner is USB 2.0 . If you connect to newer USB it work slow ( compatibility with USB 2.0 ) .
