Hi,

We still couldn’t clearly identify where the film is getting scratched, but from my observations it seems the scratches probably happen in the area where the film exits N2. I’ll run more tests today. That way I can see whether the problem is coming from the loader or from inside N1 and N2.

Before that, I want to ask something that’s been on my mind. In the N1 section, there are chemical crystals and residues left from previous use. I noticed them during water tests. Could those residues be causing the film to get scratched? Also, how should I clean those deposits properly? A friend suggested using antifreeze as a cleaning solution, like what’s used in cars, but I’m not sure about that. What would you recommend?
