SP3000 Special Film Channel Settings

Hi guys, 

When I'm scanning any film on SP3000, it seems to have a green hue to everything, especially when I knock the density down by a few. always have to add a magenta or two into the image. almost every image. 
Any clues?

Also, on the Special Film Channel on settings, it says about DX codes and importing profiles. How would I do that?

And finally, I've got some cross-processed negs I'm scanning for an archival project – the colours don't come out as they should compared to the original contact sheet. Any tips and tricks?
