MS11 v2.0 Installation Error FUJI FRONTIER

Hi Friends, 

I am trying to create a VM for my SP500 however I cant seem to install MS11 v2.0, I have followed the MS01 v4.2 installation guide to the letter. 
 

currently on Windows 7 Pro x86 SP1

There are few MS11 versions - MS11 for SP500 , MS11 for SP3000 and SP1500/2000/2500 . All they can be version 2.0-0E . Different only three last digits ( 2.0-0E-xxx ) . Make sure, that you have correct version. 

If version is correct then need check Windows settings and system configuration. Ask your software supplier to explain how install step by step.

thank you for your reply. I tried to install again but same issue, however my SP500 is now working and scanning. 
 

can I ask you, how can I get this interface and what software so that I can have the same user interface as this image here.. 

 

my SP500 now only has the print option but I am able to print max resolution, but I would like to be able to choose BMP or JPEG, 4 base, 16 base with ease etc

If MS11 version is 2.0-0E-011 then it is for SP500. 2.0-0E-030 is for SP3000 and 2.0-0E-010 is for SP2000/2500/1500 .

When you have not connected printer you are not able to print. You can scan only. On MS01 SP500 works when Frontman is enabled. Resolution depends on print size selected there. To get biggest resolution need set 305x457 mm . Scanning services can add on MS01 Maintenance menu. When scanned highest resolution on MS01 ( window with orders ) can convert file. There can change resolution ( select base ) and change file type ( tif, bmp, jpg ) . Also can change picture size and colors.

To connect SP500 need MS01 + MS11 + optional MS modules, or S2 + optional FE modules. Need one software package - not two.

Which  is the Operating System needed for ms11-sp500. Windows7 or Xp ?
