ServoSkull Posted February 5 Report Posted February 5 Hello, I'm working on fixing this error up that just started, keeping me from being able to use this printer. I've attached the manual repair solutions to this post. I'm still working through subsection 3.3.4, but I've already tested the CTL10 and JNE1 plugs on their corresponding boards (Hoping very much I won't have to replace the CTL23 board). I'm having some trouble locating the solution level sensor. Can anyone advise me how to access/locate this part?
Minilab service Posted February 5 Report Posted February 5 W-2634 means solution level in PS4 processing tank is lowered. Look what is wrong - level is too low, or just sensor doesn't see it. PS4 level sensor is FS705 . Look sensor connector, which is marked FS705. If can't to find then other level sensors ( FS701 - FS704 ) . All these sensors connected to connector JNES ( on JNE23 Circuit Board ) . Sensor levels can see on processor input check menu. Usually it is enough to fill tank, or clean sensor. If it doesn't help try swap STB4 sensor ( FS705 ) with other STB tanks ( STB1 FS702 , STB2 FS703 , STB3 FS704 ) . Then you know sensor is working, or not.
