Delmar_Brasil Posted February 9 Report Posted February 9 The lines in the prints of some photos aren't perfectly horizontal; they're at an angle of about 80 degrees. Any suggestions?
yustas Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 These lines can be caused by many reasons: 1. Strong electromagnetic field near the laboratory. 2. Faulty LDD23 circuit board. 3. Faulty laser module. 4. Lack of grounding. 5. Faulty paper feed mechanism (worn belts or gears). I would recommend that you call a local service engineer, pay them, and get a good result on the spot.
Minilab service Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 Does this noise have color ( Green, Magenta, Blue, Yellow ) ? If has - try to make optimal temperature adjustment ( for Green, or Blue laser head ) . Look if you have this noise on tests. If tests do not have noise then can be that noise is on image processing section.

Se tiver, tente ajustar a temperatura para um nível ideal (para o laser verde ou azul). Verifique se você tem esse ruído nos testes. Se os testes não apresentarem ruído, é possível que o ruído esteja na seção de processamento de imagem. Is the temperature adjustment automatic? Is there a possibility of manual adjustment? I notice that the green laser is very strong.
Minilab service Posted February 11 Report Posted February 11 Just now saw that you have LP5500. On this model optimal temperature can adjust only for Green. Can do it on 0522 menu . Temperature adjusted automatically. Software find the range where head works stable and set middle temperature. It is possible to adjust temperature and other laser head settings manually, but they are on different menu. These adjustments only for expierenced engineers. To have posibility to change these settings need the highest level service password.
