Inquiry regarding Chemical Settings (Temperature & Replenishment) for Fujifilm Frontier 390/570

Hi everyone, it's been a while since my last post. I’ve always been incredibly grateful for the wealth of information and support I receive from this Fujifilm community.

Currently, our lab is operating both Frontier 390 and 570 models. While I was recently reviewing the service manuals, a few questions came up regarding the chemical temperature settings and replenishment rates. I’m hoping to get some insights from the experts here.

We are currently running our machines with the settings listed below.

I was wondering if these temperatures and replenishment rates are correct?

1. Frontier 390 (CP-48HVII)

·         Average Throughput: Approx. 67.8㎡/day

·         Temperature Settings: P1: 38.5℃, P2: 38.0℃, PSR: 38.0℃

·         Replenishment Rates: P1: 45ml, P2: 35ml, PSR: 242ml

2. Frontier 570 (CP-49HVII)

·         Average Throughput: Approx. 19.6㎡/day

·         Temperature Settings: P1: 43.0℃, P2: 40.0℃, PSR: 45.0℃

·         Replenishment Rates: P1: 40.5ml, P2: 31.5ml, PSR: 215.0ml

I’ve tried searching on Google and found some data regarding CP-48HVII, but I’m having a hard time finding reliable information for CP-49HVII.

I’ve attached a photo for reference—does the 'CP-49' shown here specifically refer to CP-49HVII? Since I don't have any colleagues nearby to consult about this, I’m reaching out to this community.

Could anyone clarify this for me? Also, if anyone happens to have the official Fujifilm chemical data sheets for these products, would you be willing to share them?

I wish the best of luck and great success to everyone here using Fujifilm Frontier! Thank you in advance for your help.
