popdark Posted February 14 Report Posted February 14 I have a Fujifilm DL600 printer. While trying to connect, I received this last message via alert. There's no paper in it, and I've cleaned it, but the problem persists. I'm wondering what's causing this malfunction?
Minilab service Posted February 14 Report Posted February 14 02010a02 means Ink End Sensor error (C) . You have Cyan ink leakage inside printer. It can be on ink cartridge holder, or pipe has hole. If do not have Cyan leakage, but see error then might be need reset pipe time life counter, not working/disconnected ink end sensor, or faulty board. popdark 1
popdark Posted February 15 Author Report Posted February 15 Thank you. Unfortunately, we don't have a technician who knows how to repair the printer. I tried to disassemble the printer and was surprised by the amount of ink. However, I don't know how to disassemble this part to clean it and find out the leaking problem. Is there an explanatory video or something similar to guide me?
Minilab service Posted February 16 Report Posted February 16 (edited) Cleaning will not help you. You have Cyan ink leakage. Need to fix it. Fujifilm ( printer seller ) and Epson ( printer maker ) have only one advice - change ink cartridge holder. Other option - remove ink cartridge holder and fix leakage. To see where is leakage and test can use pressed air. Usually ink leakage is through gaskets, or pipe, which is inserted into cartridge. Leakage can fix someone who works with pressed air systems, or water systems. First need disonnect pipes and lift them up. Pipes are full of ink and need to prevent leakage from there. Look part list. There can see cartridge holders and parts connected there. You have remove holder and fix leakage. Edited February 16 by Minilab service popdark 1
popdark Posted February 16 Author Report Posted February 16 Thanks for the information. I removed and cleaned it, but unfortunately, after installing it and making a connection, this message appears in all ink colors . I connected all the cables to their place. I wonder what the problem is?
Minilab service Posted February 16 Report Posted February 16 As I wrote before cleaning is not enough. Need fix leakage. If still have leakage ink leak and you have IES error again. Check connections the FFC that connects the Ink cartridge board and the SUB-H board. Might be you connected flat cables oposite, or you connected to wrong ink holder. Can be incorrectly connected ink holder cables, you damaged cables, or faulty boards. Check connections : Between SUB-H board connector CN201 and first ink cartridge holder. Between SUB-H board connector CN202 and second ink cartridge holder. If you disconnected SUB-H board inputs ( CN1 , 7 pin connector and CN101 , 16 pin connector ) then check them also.
popdark Posted February 18 Author Report Posted February 18 Thank you, bro. I checked all the cables, and they're all in the same place and there's no damage. Unfortunately, the error persists. All the ink cartridges have a problem, and I don't know why.
Minilab service Posted February 19 Report Posted February 19 Printer main board doesn't see chips on ink cartridges. Can be : Problem with chip on ink cartride ( incorrect chip, dirty chip, not readable ) Problem with connector, which connects to cartridge chip ( dirty contacts, damaged contacts, bad connection ) Bad connection between CN 1 on one holder and CN201 on SUB-H board and CN 1 on other holder and CN202 on SUB-H board . Can be incorrectly connected 26 pin FFC ( incorrectly connected, connected oposite, broken cables, or connectors . Not working SUB-H board. Bad connection between SUB-H board 7 pin connector CN1 and SUB-B board. Bad connection between SUB-H board 16 pin connector CN101 and Data Controller Board (MAIN) board. Faulty SUB-B board, or Data Controller Board (MAIN) board. Open printer maintenance utility ( window where can see cartridges ) . Look if you see maintenance cartridge. Remove all ink cartridges. Then one by one try insert artridges. Look what you see on screen. Check all connections again. Try insert new cartridge.
popdark Posted February 20 Author Report Posted February 20 (edited) Unfortunately, I received the same message for all the inks. I checked the cables and measured the sub-h connector; there's no problem. I disassembled everything as shown in the picture to check it; there's no problem. Unfortunately, I'm exhausted. Minilab service Posted February 21 Report Posted February 21 Do you see cartridges on maintenance utility? Did you try insert cartridges one by one? Did you changes when inserted?
popdark Posted February 21 Author Report Posted February 21 (edited) This problem occurs while I'm using Connect; I can't access the maintenance tool without ending the connection. Edited February 21 by popdark
Minilab service Posted February 22 Report Posted February 22 Look if you see the same errors, if to start printer without cartridges. Maintenance utility can run from Windows Start menu. Press Start and run DL600 . Then on list select your printer.
