MILTON LOVERA Posted February 15 Report Posted February 15 FUJI FRONTIER 340 PHOTOS COME OUT WITH THIS WHITE BORDER HOW CAN I FIX IT, ANY HELP PLEASE.
Minilab service Posted February 15 Report Posted February 15 Are these white bars on paper horizontal, or vertical ( paper movement direction ) ? If to print few photos lines have the same size ( approximatelly ) ? Paper advance length is correct?
MILTON LOVERA Posted February 16 Author Report Posted February 16 I checked the paper magazines to make sure they were the correct paper size, I checked the movement of the entire mechanism and everything is fine, I think the problem is with the laser, maybe it's misaligned.
Minilab service Posted February 16 Report Posted February 16 When no answers to my questions then can't comment anything.
MILTON LOVERA Posted February 16 Author Report Posted February 16 (edited) My apologies, the lines are vertical, and if the lines are the same size in all the 4x6 photos, then the lead length is correct. Edited February 16 by MILTON LOVERA
Minilab service Posted February 16 Report Posted February 16 If lines on paper are vertical and stable then check paper length. When you on 6 inch paper print 6 x 4 then length should be 102 mm . Need confirm it before position adjustment. If length is incorrect then need adjust it. If understand correctly when you on 6 inch paper printed 6 x 4 then lines on photo are at the top and bottom. Try to make image position fine adjustment (0527 menu) . If it will not enough you have to make printer mechanical adjustments. Check print size setup (0220 menu) . Might be you accidentally entered corrections ( upper and lower ) .
