SP3000 Misframing Negs

Afternoon all, 

 

Currently one of our SP3000 is misframing 35mm negs. The first 3-4 will frame okay, every single one after will misframe by roughly 1/4 - 1/2 showing either 1/4 of the next frame or 1/2 of one, 1/2 of another. 

It's set to F, (not F/P or P). I've cleaned the sensors in the NC100AY carrier, and gone into admin menu and checked everything there, and everything matches our other SP3000s that frame okay! 

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
