Hello, good day. I hope everyone is doing well.

If possible, could you help me with a problem I'm having with my Fuji 7700 unit? When I turn it on, it displays six errors, all related to the circulation pumps. For example:

No. 05511-00000
No. 05513-00000
No. 05515-00000
No. 05516-00000
No. 05517-00000
No. 05518-00000
The rotation detector built into the P1 circulation pump detects that the pump has stopped rotating.

Work performed, power supply replacement:
24V/9A with 5V/5A ZWD225PAF
24V/6.3A ZWS15OBAF-24
J391466 board
J391468 board

And the same error persists. I'm a bit lost. If possible, could you share your experience?

Regards and thanks

Mida el voltaje en el punto de prueba TP1 en la placa J391466 o verifique el estado del LED14.

Hello, I have a voltage of 23.8v and LED14 lights up green and fuse 13 is in good condition

en contacto Gracias.

¿Las bombas de circulación están funcionando físicamente o no?

Hello, the pumps are not physically circulating, as if there is something preventing them from activating.

Measure the voltage at pins 1 and 4 of connector 651 on the J391466 board (relative to ground).

Check the resistance of the solution level float sensors between Pins 3 & 4 for the CD, BF and STB float switches. They should all be close to 0 ohms.

The plug numbers are J/P784, 785, & 789 look for the black, blue and red wires from the float switches.

The pumps are supplied voltage via 24V-1 which becomes 24V-1-1 and 24V-1-2. The relay X6 switches the 24V-1 power.  I'm wondering if this relay is not being turned on.

I have a question. When I turn on the main switch, the unit starts up, the dryer unit turns on, and then the unit resets to its home state.

However, there's no water movement in the unit where the cylinder filters are located. After two minutes, an alarm is triggered, and errors appear for all the water pumps. But from pump P1, there's a noise as if something is stuck or obstructed. Could this be causing all the water pumps to alarm? Thanks.

Try unplugging the pump P1 and see if the error for the other pumps dissappears or not.

Hello, good day. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to share their knowledge. The problem has been resolved.

The issue was a damaged processing solution float switch. It was replaced, and the problem no longer occurs.

I think I panicked and went straight for the circuit boards. You're right, you should check the components first before replacing any boards.

Thank you very much, and best of luck.

Yes there is a tendency for people to jump to the most complicated thing first, diagnosis is always better than just throwing parts at something and hoping for the best!

Thanks for coming back and posting what the solution was to the problem. It's always nice to hear what the final solution was.
