foolsgoldfilm Posted February 20 Report Posted February 20 Hello. I've set up a new print channel for Hi-res Tiff scans. (previously all print Chanels were jpeg) to set it up I had copied and pasted one of the existing working jpeg print channels into a new Channel (it's how I've always set up new print channels, with no issues). in this case then changed to tif output. But for this new tiff print channel, receive the attached error after scanning the order. Can someone please let me know how to correct this, so scans will save to same hard-drive location as my jpeg scans? Much appreciated !
Dave S Posted February 20 Report Posted February 20 There is nothing attached! Check each tab in your output media settings, something is set incorrectly.

Thanks Dave. looks like I am at my attachment quota so the image won't display. the error itself says: "date could not be written to the media Confirm the media drive setting Had disk Drive" Within print channel menus there's nothing obvious that's different for my tiff than to the jpegs, which are all saving fine where else should I check the output settings please? Dave S Posted February 21 Report Posted February 21 F, Management Tool, System Management, Output Media. Choose the TIFF setting, in the Writing Setting Tab set your save path correctly.

Within print channel mens there's nothing for my tiff that is different to the jpeg, which are all working. OK great - I'm sure that will be it - will change tomorrow when back . Thanks very much
