Hi everyone,

I have a Fuji Frontier SP500 scanner running with MS01 software configured as a Standalone system. It was working perfectly fine in the past, but it suddenly stopped and threw the following error on the screen

E-MS01-13024: Error communicating with the Job Table on the Photo Imaging Controller. Network connection to the Server was lost. Check the network connection. If problem persist restart the system.

To try and fix it, I have already done the following troubleshooting steps without success:

• Full system reboot, strictly following the power-on sequence (SP500 first, then the PC).

• Checked all physical connections and network cables (unplugged and replugged).

Any clues, suggestions, or manuals you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

When connected SP500 then scanner software and server are on the same computer. That means do not need network to connect them.

Here can be problems with software, sql, or Windows. On Windows look if SQL server works ( started, running, connected and has correct name ) . Look server status on Panda ( should be connected to server ) .

If will not manage to fix then need reinstall Windows and software. After that using Acronis boot CD make C and D partition image file. Image file sve on external disk with USB. If in the futuure have problems then can restore image and return. It is more easy, than reinstall everything. Also from Fuji maintenance menu make scanner backup. Then you have all scanner settings ( which are on scanner boards and on computer ) .
